This patch is iron-on and can be placed and secured down with heat, but should still be permanently secured with hand or machine stitching around the edges to ensure the patch stays in place forever.

Beacuse embroidery can be delicate, it is best to choose a place or garment that does not require frequent washing or in a position that is not likely to encounter frequent rubbing or wear.
